Welcome to Moore & Moore Pawn, on the web.  We are planning to offer sales, information, and service with this site.  We are a pawnshop located near the Navajo Indian Reservation.  We deal in both new and antique Indian arts and Crafts.

Please keep in mind that this site is still under construction.  We hope to have it complete and up to date in the near future. 

Moore's offers Pawning services in the Northern Arizona area.  We also offer Native American antiques, collectibles, as well as newer pieces.

Company History

Moore's Pawn is owned and operated by two brothers, Sid & Kavin Moore.  It originally started as a chainsaw shop in Sid's backyard and later moved to their current location in 1981.  Almost all their saw business was with the Navajo and Hopi tribes.   The Navajo reservation is 15 miles north of Winslow.  The Hopi reservation is only 60 miles north. 

Over the years the Indian population began trading their merchandise, later we became Moore & Moore Pawn.  Now pawning makes up the majority of our business.   Over the years we have learned much about their handmade crafts and culture.   Among these are Navajo Rugs, their Jewelry, and their Wedding Baskets.
